Compare and contrast two fictional characters. You can find fictional characters in movies, TV shows, novels, comic books, graphic novels, epic poetry, etc. Fictional means imaginary or not real, so please don’t write about living people or historical figures.
This essay should be at least four paragraphs and 500+ words. Your essay should have a one paragraph introduction, a multi-paragraph body, and a one paragraph conclusion.
You may not compare Batman with Superman, as that is the topic of one of the readings provided.
For this week, create an outline for your compare/contrast essay using Roman numerals to mark the main sections. Include a thesis statement for the essay, as well as topic sentences for the main sections of the body of your essay. (Each body section will become one or more paragraphs in the final essay.) Also, describe your main supporting points or subsections. The format will look similar to this, but may vary depending on the contents of your essay.

There are two main options for the structure of this essay.
(1) Have separate sections for similarities and differences. If you choose this structure, the last section should be the one that is most closely connected to your thesis.
(2) Have sections for two or more topics. Explore similarities and differences within each topic.
